The company was founded in 1998 and is headquartered in Charlotte, NC which is located in the central part of the state. The President and Founder is Troy Rice. The Chief Financial Officer is Troy’s Father Bill Rice. The IT skills and strong business sense enables Troy and Bill to produce quality assurance that the customer’s needs are always met in a timely manner.

Troy started STM with his Father shortly after graduating from Appalachian State University where he majored in Graphic Arts in 1998. Troy’s first customer was a three computer leasing company in Charlotte that he still works with today. The same business model that applied 10 years ago is the same one still in place today. Clients come first!

In the past 10 years STM has grown significantly, however still maintains its small town feel. At anytime a customer can call and speak with Troy about any issues they may be having and if he is unavailable STM has put together a terrific team to handle all of your technology needs.
