STM IT Solutions was founded in 2000 by Troy Rice, who believed something radical: when businesses have IT problems, real people should answer the phone and solve them. That philosophy built a company where our first clients are still with us decades later.
Today, STM is led by a long running team of passionate IT professionals that includes key people who've been part of this story for years. Together, they've evolved the company from traditional IT support into a full-spectrum MSSP—adding enterprise-level security monitoring while keeping the personal, responsive service that built the business.
